Biography
PERSONAL:
Mike Hope, 33, was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Mike has lived in
Snohomish County for 10 years and currently lives with his wife of
seven years, Sarai, in Lake Stevens. They have two dogs, Titus and
Abigail.
EDUCATION:
Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from John Carroll
University. He earned his master’s degree in Policy Studies at the
University of Washington.
MILITARY SERVICE:
Served in the Marine Corps Reserve
from 1994 – 2001.
OCCUPATION:
Mike has served the public for 10 years as a Seattle police
officer and detective. He is also a high school track and
wrestling coach. Sarai and Mike own Hope’s Gym, a place where
student athletes can receive personal training to prepare for
college.
